1. Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers "Premium" access via Weekly and Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

2. License

Fernan Ochoa grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Service Availability

We strive to ensure the App is available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to price data, which relies on third-party APIs (like CoinGecko/Binance) and internet connectivity.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fernan Ochoa be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the App.
