Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Fernan Ochoa ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Aura: Daily Kabbalah mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
The short version: Almost all data you enter in Aura is stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers. We do not sell your personal information. We do not build advertising profiles. The only third-party service with access to payment-related data is RevenueCat, solely for processing your subscription.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App.
All personal data you enter — your name, birthdate, journal entries, partner profiles, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) and Apple's data protection APIs.
We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Because your data lives only on your device, we cannot access, recover, or delete it remotely. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. When you make a purchase, Apple processes the payment and RevenueCat receives a transaction receipt to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat may collect a device identifier for fraud prevention. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Apple App Store
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle payment information. We never receive your credit card or payment details.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your data persists on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Subscription status information managed by RevenueCat is retained per their own retention policy.
The App is operated from Mexico. If you are using the App from outside Mexico, please be aware that your information (to the extent any is transmitted, such as to RevenueCat) may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
