Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Aura: Daily Kabbalah mobile application (the "App") operated by Fernan Ochoa ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
The App offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly and annual basis:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
Certain features of the App are available without a subscription ("Free Features"). Other features require an active premium subscription ("Premium Features"). We reserve the right to change which features are free or premium at any time.
The App allows you to enter personal information such as your name and birthdate, as well as create journal entries. This content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You are solely responsible for any content you enter into the App.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, Kabbalistic content, software, and design — are owned by Fernan Ochoa and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Kabbalistic and spiritual content in the App is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fernan Ochoa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The App uses RevenueCat to process in-app purchases and subscriptions. Your use of in-app purchases is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico.
